대표적인 베타 차단제인 프로프라놀롤 분자 구조도.

베타 차단제(영어: Beta Blocker, β-Blocker)는 교감신경의 아드레날린 수용체 중 β수용체만에 차단작용을 보이는 약제를 가리킨다. 베타 억제제, 베타 블로커 등으로도 불린다. 임상적으로 부정맥을 컨트롤하거나 2차적 심근경색을 예방하기 위해 사용된다. 또한 일반적으로 1차적으로는 쓰이지 않으나 고혈압 완화를 위해 사용되는 경우도 있다.
