강도래목(Plecoptera)은 곤충의 한 강이다. 몸이 길고 연약하며 편평하다. 머리는 폭이 넓으며, 실모양의 길다란 촉각이 나 있다. 많은 체절로 이루어져 있으며, 대부분 두 쌍의 날개를 가지는데, 일반적으로 앞날개보다 뒷날개가 크다. 그러나 날개가 없는 것이나 퇴화된 것도 있다. 유충은 물 속에서 생활하는데, 촉각과 꼬리털이 성충의 것과 비슷하다. 강도래·민강도래 등이 이에 속한다.
