코노에 천황 (近衛天皇 1139년 6월 16일 – 1155년 8월 22일) 은 일본의 76대 천황(재위:1142 ~ 1155)이였다. 즉위전 그의 개인명은 나리히토 신노 (体仁親王)였으며 토시히토 신노로도 알려져있다.

코노에 천황은 토바 천황의 8남으로 그이 어머니는 후지와라 토쿠코 (1117-1160)였다. 코고(황후) 후지와라노 무스코 (1140-1201)는 코노에 천황의 아내로 그의 사후 그녀는 니조 천황과 결혼하였다. 후에 그녀는 대황후 오미야라 불렸다. 코노에는 1139년 태어난 직후에 상속자로 지정되었다. 그는 3세에 천황으로 포고되었다.
