큰쿠두 (영어: Greater kudu, 학명: Strepsiceros strepsiceros 또는 Tragelaphus strepsiceros)는 동아프리카와 남아프리카의 소림(疎林)에서 발견되는 영양의 일종이다. 쿠두(kudu)로 불리는 2종의 하나로 나머지 종은 작은쿠두이다. 천적으로는 사자, 표범, 카라칼, 점박이하이에나, 갈색하이에나, 줄무늬하이에나 등이 있다.

- Tragelaphus strepsiceros cottoni – 차드와 수단 서부 지역
