산페르난도(영어: City of San Fernando, 일로코어: Ciudad ti San Fernando, 팡가시난어: Siyudad na San Fernando, 타갈로그어: Lungsod ng San Fernando)는 필리핀 라우니온 주의 주도로, 일로코스 지방의 행정 중심지 역할을 겸한다. 면적은 102.72km2, 인구는 121,812명(2015년 기준), 가구 수는 24,139세대(2007년 기준)이며 49개 바랑가이를 관할한다.
