울리히 프리드리히 빌헬름 요아힘 폰 리벤트로프(독일어: Ulrich Friedrich Wilhelm Joachim von Ribbentrop, 1893년 4월 30일 ~ 1946년 10월 16일)는 나치 독일의 외교관이자 정치인이다. 독일의 외무장관이다.

포도주나 샴페인 등 주류 사업의 성공으로 각광을 받으면서 1930년대 초반에 나치당에 입당했고, 사업 수완과 외국어 습득 능력을 바탕으로 당의 비공식 외교관으로 활동했다. 히틀러가 수상에 취임한 뒤에는 영국 대사와 외무부 장관을 역임했으나, 영국 국왕이었던 조지 6세 앞에서 나치식 경례를 하는 등 과도한 돌출 행동으로 물의를 빚었다.

이후 방공 협정과 뮌헨 협정, 독일-소련 불가침 조약(1939), 강철 조약 등 제2차 세계 대전 직전에 맺어진 각종 중요 조약들의 협상과 조인을 담당했고, 동맹국이나 점령국의 괴뢰 정부에 대한 외교 활동도 맡았다.

그러나 외교 수단보다 직접적인 전쟁이 주가 된 전쟁 중반기 이후로는 사실상 정치적 영향력을 상실했고, 독소 전쟁 계획에도 자신이 맺은 불가침 조약을 정면으로 위반하는 것이라는 이유로 미온적인 반응을 보였다.

1945년 4월 20일에 히틀러를 마지막으로 접견하고 함부르크 방면으로 피신했으나, 영국 점령군에게 체포되어 뉘른베르크 재판에 회부되었다. 재판 기간 동안 대부분의 피고들과 마찬가지로 무죄를 주장했으나, 기소된 모든 항목에서 죄가 인정되어 사형 판결을 받고 교수형으로 처형되었다.
