외계인 손 증후군(alien hand syndrome, anarchic hand, AHS[1])은 자신의 손이 자신의 뜻대로가 아닌, 마음대로 움직이는 신경 질환이다. 뇌 수술, 중중, 감염, 종양, 대동맥질환, 또 알츠하이머병과 크로이츠펠트-야코프병과 같은 특정 퇴행성 두뇌 질환 이후에 일부 발병할 수도 있다.[2] 외계인 손 증후군과 연계되는 두뇌의 다른 부분으로는 전두엽, 후두엽, 두정엽이 있다.[3]
