마틴 E. 마티
마틴 에밀 마티(영어: Martin Emil Marty, 1928년 2월 5일 ~ )는 미국 네브래스카 웨스트포인트에서 출생한 루터란 신학자이다. 그는 미국에 있는 종교에 관하여 광범위한 저서들을 출판한 종교학자이다. 그는 시민 종교에 반대하는 공적 신학이라는 말을 처음으로 만든 종교학자이다. 컨콜디아 대학교와 컨콜디아 신학교 그리고 시카코 대학교에서 공부하였다. 1956년부터 '크리스천 센츄리'의 추요 편집장으로 활동하였다.
비판[편집]
프란시스 쉐퍼는 그의 저서인 기독교 선언에서 마틴 마티가 비종교 인본주의자로 전향하였다고 주장하였다. 그가 마틴이 자유주의 신학적으로 인본주의를 신학적으로 묘사하여 주요 이슈들을 혼동케 하였다고 비판하였다.[1]
