〈Take Me Home, Country Roads〉는 1971년 미국의 싱어송라이터 존 덴버가 발표한 노래이다. 이 노래는 대히트를 쳤고, 존 덴버의 대표곡 중 하나로 버젓이 자리매김했다.
이후 1973년 올리비아 뉴튼 존이 이 노래를 리메이크하였으며, 스튜디오 지브리에서 제작한 애니메이션 귀를 기울이면의 주제곡이 되기도 하였다.
일본의 시부야계 DJ인 다이시 댄스도 이 노래를 하우스 음악으로 리믹스하였다. 에이리언: 커버넌트에서 엘리자베스 쇼 박사가 부르는 장면이 잠깐 나온다. 또한 킹스맨: 골든 서클에서 멀린(마크 스트롱)이 부르기도 했다.
2014년 웨스트버지니아주의 주가로 지정되었다.[1][2]
