《Live Shit : Binge & Purge》는 1993년에 박스세트 형식으로 발매된 미국의 헤비메탈 밴드 메탈리카의 첫 라이브 음반이다.

처음 발매된 세트에는 멕시코시티에서 열린 〈Nowhere Else to Roam〉투어의 라이브 음원이 수록된 3장의 CD 혹은 카세트 테이프와 샌디에이고에서 열린 〈Wherever We May Roam〉투어, 시애틀에서 열렸던 콘서트, 까만 티셔츠 한 벌, 사진 및 각종 자료들이 수록된 72쪽짜리 책자, 노트, 공연 관련자들이 목에 걸고 다니는 통행증 1장, 그룹의 〈Scary Guy〉로고가 그려진 스텐실이 포함되어 있었다.

나중에 발매된 세트에는 영상매체가 3개의 비디오테이프 대신 2장의 DVD로 바뀌었다.
