《Against the Grain》은 어쿠스틱 알케미의 일곱 번째 앨범이며, 1994년에 GRP에서 발매된 앨범이다.
10개의 트랙밖에 없음에도 불구하고 총 연주 시간이 53분인 이유는, 실험적으로 트랙을 길게 만들었기 때문이다.
이 앨범에서 가장 성공적인 음악은 "Lazeez"로, 가장 오랫동안 사랑받았다. 또한 두 트랙이 그들의 재 편집앨범, 《The Very Best of Acoustic Alchemy》에 수록되었다.
