플루티카손(Fluticasone)은 코막힘을 치료하는 데 사용되는 합성 당질 코르티코이드이다.[1][2][3][4][5] 에스터 형태인 프로파노산 플루티카손(플로벤트라는 상품명으로 판매)과 플루티카손 푸로에이트는 모두 국소 항염증제 및 흡입용 코르티코이드로 사용되며, 상대적으로 훨씬 더 흔하게 사용된다.[3][2][4][6]
플루티카손은 세계보건기구의 필수 의약품 목록에 등재되어 있다.[7] 2023년 기준 미국에서 2,100만 건 이상의 처방이 이루어져 26번째로 많이 처방된 약물이었으며,[8][9] 일반의약품으로도 판매된다.[10]
