뮐루즈(프랑스어: Mulhouse, 독일어: Mülhausen 뮐하우젠[*])는 프랑스 동부 알자스 지방의 오랭주에 있는 도시이며, 스위스와 독일 국경에 가깝다.

보주 산맥과 쥐라 산맥 사이에 위치한다. 스위스 바젤 북쪽 30km 지점에 있으며, 독일 국경의 라인 강과도 인접해 있다. 14세기에 제국 자유 도시가 되었으며, 그 후 스위스 동맹과 제휴하며 사실상 독립된 공화국을 이루고 있다가, 프랑스 혁명 이후 프랑스에 편입되었다. 프로이센-프랑스 전쟁으로 1871년 독일 제국에 속했다가, 제1차 세계 대전 후 다시 프랑스로 넘어왔다. 제2차 세계 대전 때 다시 독일에 점령당하기도 했다.
