타굼(영어: City of Tagum, 세부아노어: Dakbayan sa Tagum, 타갈로그어: Lungsod ng Tagum)은 필리핀 북다바오주의 주도로, 면적은 192.00 km2, 인구는 450,526명(2010년 기준), 가구 수는 43,193세대(2010년 기준)이며 23개 바랑가이를 관할한다.
