중앙비사야스 지방

중앙비사야스 지방(Central Visayas), 또는 제7구(Region VII)는 필리핀 비사야스 제도에 있는 지방으로 중심 도시는 세부이며 인구는 6,398,628명(2007년 기준), 면적은 15,875 km2이다. 지방의 주요 언어는 세부아노어이다. 3개 주와 3개 도시를 관할한다.
