뿔청개구리과(Hemiphractidae)는 개구리목의 하위 과이다. 6속 102종으로 이루어져 있으며, 남아메리카와 중앙아메리카에서 발견된다. 이전에는 청개구리과에 속하는 뿔청개구리아과(Hemiphractinae)로 분류했다.
