은대구과(Anoplopomatidae)는 농어목에 속하는 물고기 과이다. 쏨뱅이목으로 분류하기도 한다. 일본에서 캘리포니아에 이르는 북태평양의 해안에서 발견되며, 심해의 해저 근처에서 산다. 은대구(Anoplopoma fimbria, sablefish)는 1,830m 해저에서 발견되기도 한다. 길이가 180cm에 이르는 큰은대구(Erilepis zonifer)도 포함된다.[1] 이들은 식용으로 중요한 물고기이며, 회 또는 구이, 조림을 해서 먹는다.
