뽀뽀나무과(pawpaw--科, 표준어: 뽀뽀나뭇과, 학명: Annonaceae 안노나케아이^[*])는 목련목의 과이다.^[1] 나무와 관목 또는 드물게 열대 덩굴식물 등을 포함한다.^[2]^[3]^[3] 목련목 내에서 가장 큰 과로, 115속 2,400여 종을 포함한다.^[4] 안노나속(Annona), 뽀뽀나무속(Asimina) 등이 잘 알려져 있다.^[4] 뽀뽀나무과 식물은 주로 열대 기후 지역에 분포하며, 일부 온대 기후 지역에 분포하는 종도 있다. 약 900여 종이 신열대구에서, 450여 종이 에티오피아구에서, 그리고 나머지 종들은 동양구에서 발견된다.

2016년 APG IV 분류 체계에서는 육두구과를 목련군 목련목 아래에 분류하며,^[5] 이는 2009년 APG III 분류 체계, 2003년 APG II 분류 체계 및 1998년 APG 분류 체계의 분류와 동일하다.^[6]^[7]^[8]
