브레인트리(Braintree)는 미국 매사추세츠주 노퍽군의 지방 자치체이다. 공식적으로는 타운(town)이지만 브레인트리는 도지사 의회가 있는 도시이자 매사추세츠주법에 따라 도시로 간주된다. 2020년 인구 조사 기준으로 인구 수는 39,143명이다.
