불암초아과(佛巖草亞科, 학명: Byttnerioideae 비트네리오이데아이^[*])는 아욱과의 아과이다.^[1]^[2] 분류학자에 따라서 별도의 불암초과(Byttneriaceae)로 분류하기도 하며, 4개 족으로 이루어져 있다.^[3] 불암초와 카카오나무 등을 포함하고 있다.
