루돌프 오토(Rudolf Otto, 1869년 9월 25일 - 1937년 3월 6일)는 저명한 독일 루터교 신학자, 철학자, 비교 종교가이다. 초기 20세기에 종교분야에서 가장 영향력있는 학자가운데 한 사람이다. 그는 세계 종교의 중심에서 논의되는 심오한 감정적 경험, 즉 뉴미너스(numinous) 개념으로 가장 잘 알려져 있다. 칼 바르트도 영향을 받았다.
