개미새류(antbirds)는 참새목 개미새과(Thamnophilidae)에 속하는 조류의 총칭이다. 멕시코부터 아르헨티나까지의 아열대와 열대 기후 지역의 중앙아메리카와 남아메리카에서 발견된다. 약 200종 이상이 알려져 있다.[1] [2] [3]
