십자가의 요한(Saint John of the Cross, San Juan de la Cruz, 1542년[1] ~ 1591년 12월 14일)은 반종교 개혁의 주요 인물의 하나이다.

Midsummer Day is sometimes cited as the date of John's birth, but since this is also the Feast of St John the Baptist, this may simply be conjecture.
