그리스 내전(그리스어: Eμφύλιος Πόλεμος)은 1946년 3월 30일부터 1949년 10월 16일까지 그리스에서 발발한 내전이다. 미국 및 영국의 지원을 받는 그리스 정부군과 알바니아, 유고슬라비아, 불가리아의 지원을 받은 그리스 공산당의 무장조직 그리스 민주군이 대립하였다. 지분 협정에 따라 소련은 그리스 민주군에 물자 지원을 하지 않았다. 내전은 그리스 정부군의 승리로 끝났다.

그리스 내전은 제2차 세계 대전 때인 1943년 좌파 레지스탕스와 우파 레지스탕스의 권력 다툼에서 비롯되었다. 추축국의 그리스 점령 이후 권력에 공백이 생겼고, 좌파와 우파 모두 이것을 노리고 1944년부터 충돌했다. 그리스 내전은 냉전의 첫 분쟁 중 하나이자, 제2차 세계 대전 후 연합국이 외국의 내정에 어떻게 관여하는지를 보여주는 대표적인 사례가 되었다. 그리스 정부군은 트루먼 독트린과 마셜 계획을 통해 궁극적으로 미국의 지원을 받게 되었지만, 전쟁을 끝내기를 원하는 이오시프 스탈린과 전쟁을 이어가기를 원하던 요시프 브로즈 티토의 결렬로 반군은 와해되었다. 1944년 10월 영국의 윈스턴 처칠과 체결한 지분 협정에 따라 스탈린은 그리스의 공산주의자들을 지원하지 않기로 약속했다.

내전의 기미는 독일 점령기인 1943년부터 1944년 사이에 발생했다. 그리스 망명 정부가 그리스 본토에서 영향력을 미치지 못하면서 여러 사상에 바탕을 둔 다양한 무장단체가 탄생했다. 그리스 공산당이 효율적으로 통제하는 좌파 EAM과 그 무장조직인 그리스 인민해방군은 무장단체 중 우세를 점하고 있었다. 1943년 9월부터 민족해방전선과 다른 그리스 무장단체들 간의 갈등으로 인해 여러 차례 충돌이 발생했고, 이 싸움은 1944년 봄까지 지속되었다. 1944년 5월 레바논 회담과 같은 해 9월 카세르타 합의를 통해 그리스 내에 EAM 계열의 장관 6명이 포함된 단일 정부 형성이 합의되면서 분쟁은 마무리되었다.

내전의 서막은 독일이 그리스에서 철수한 지 약 2개월 뒤인 1944년 12월 3일 아테네에서 발생했다. 무장해제를 요구받은 좌파는 단일 정부에서 사임하고 저항을 촉구하였다. 데케므브리아나라고 불리는 폭동이 터졌고, 영국의 지원을 받는 그리스 헌병이 EAM계 집회 참가자들에게 발포해 28명이 죽고 수십 명이 다쳤다. 집회는 그리스 내 친독일 협력자들이 처벌받지 않은 것과 군축 최후통첩이 원인이 되어 발생했다. 폭동은 33일 간 이어졌고, EAM는 패배했다. 1945년 2월 12일 바르키자 조약 체결 이후, 그리스 내 좌익은 우세를 점할 수 없게 되었다. ELAS는 부분적으로 무장해제되었고, EAM은 그리스 공산당이 우세를 점하는 단체로 변했다.
