헤르펠레과(Herpelidae)는 무족영원목에 속하는 양서류과의 하나이다. 아프리카에서 발견된다. 다른 무족영원류처럼 겉모습은 지렁이나 뱀을 닮았다. 자매군은 2012년에 새롭게 추가된 키킬라과이다.
