파라미티아과(Paramythiidae)는 참새목에 속하는 아주 작은 조류과의 하나로 뉴기니섬의 산지 숲에 제한적으로 서식한다. 2개 속에 각각 1종을 포함하고 있다.[1] 일부는 멜라노카리스과에 포함시키기도 한다.[2]
