크로말베올라타(Chromalveolata)는 진핵생물에 속하는 계의 하나로, 1998년 토머스 캐벌리어스미스가 그가 1981년 제안했던 크로미스타(Chromista)의 개정안으로 제안한 것이다. 2006년 현재 이는 진핵생물의 여섯 개 하위 분류군 가운데 하나로 받아들여지고 있지만,[1] 크로말베올라타가 단계통군인지에 대해서는 명확하게 밝혀지지 않았다.[1][2]
