카를레만니아과(-科)는 꿀풀목에 속하는 속씨식물 과의 하나이다. 동아시아와 동남아시아의 열대 지방에서 자생하는 아관목, 초본식물이며 2개 속으로 이루어져 있다.[1] 오랜 식물 분류 체계에서는 2개의 속, 카를레만니아속과 실비안투스속을 인동과 또는 꼭두서니과로 분류했다.[1][2] 2003년의 속씨식물 계통분류학 그룹(Angiosperm Phylogeny Group)은 꿀풀목에 포함시켜 분류했으며, 인동과 보다는 물푸레나무과에 더 가까운 것으로 평가했다.
