이슬람 공포증

이슬람 공포증(Islamophobia, 이슬라모포비아)은 공포증의 일종으로, 이슬람교무슬림에 대해 극도의 공포와 증오감을 느끼는 것을 말한다.[1][2] 이 말은 1980년대 후반에 등장했지만,[3] 2001년 9·11 테러가 발생한 이후 이슬람에 대한 혐오감을 나타내는 데 자주 사용하게 되었다.[4]
