오토트레인(영어: Auto Train)은 버지니아 로튼과 플로리다 샌포드간 1376킬로미터 가량의 구간을 운행하는 암트랙에 운행되는 장거리 열차이다. 운행은 오토트레인 주식회사가 시작했지만, 암트랙이 떠 맡아 현재에 이르고 있다.
오토트레인은 승객과 자동차를 동시에 수송하는 특징을 지닌다. 승차권은 자동차를 같이 몰고 와서야 구입이 가능하다. 종종 심각한 정체가 일어나는 주간 고속도로 95번을 피해 운전자의 수고를 덜어준다는 장점이 있다. 매일 운행되며, 로튼역 및 샌포드역에서 동시에 오후 4시에 출발해 다음날 9시 30분 가량에 도착한다.
