액량계(液量計, graduate, Graduated cylinder, measuring cylinder) 또는 메스 실린더는 액체의 부피를 측정하는데 사용되는 실험 기구이다. 유리에 눈금이 있으며 밑은 잘 서도록 넓게 퍼져있다.
