아브라주(필리핀어: Lalawigan ng Abra, 영어: Province of Abra)는 필리핀 루손섬에 있는 지방인 코르디예라 행정구에 속한 주로 주도는 방게드이며 인구는 241,160명(2015년 기준), 면적은 4,198.2km2이다. 북쪽으로는 북일로코스 주와 아파야오 주, 남쪽으로는 남일로코스 주와 마운틴 주, 서쪽으로는 북일로코스 주와 남일로코스 주, 동쪽으로는 칼링가 주, 아파야오 주와 접한다.
