붉은목이과(Dacrymycetaceae)는 담자균아문에 속하는 담자균류과의 하나이다. 붉은목이강 (Dacrymycetes), 붉은목이목 (Dacrymycetales)의 유일한 과이다. 불완전한 괄호체(括弧體) 격벽과 담자기를 지니고 있다.^[5] 9속 101종으로 이루어져 있다.^[6]
