벵게트주(영어: Province of Benguet, 일로코어: Probinsya ti Benguet, 타갈로그어: Lalawigan ng Benguet)는 필리핀 루손섬에 있는 지방인 코르디예라 행정구에 속한 주로 주도는 라트리니다드이며 인구는 372,533명(2007년 기준), 면적은 2,826.59km2이다. 남쪽으로는 팡가시난 주, 서쪽으로는 라우니온 주, 북서쪽으로는 남일로코스 주, 북쪽으로는 마운틴 주, 동쪽으로는 이푸가오 주, 누에바비스카야 주와 접한다.
