발두어 베네딕트 폰 시라흐 (Baldur Benedikt von Schirach, 1907년 5월 9일 ~ 1974년 8월 8일) 는 전쟁 범죄로 유죄 판결을 받은 나치 청년단의 지도자였다. 히틀러 유겐트 (HJ, 히틀러 청소년단) 의 우두머리와 빈의 대관구장 (Gauleiter), 제국지사 (Reichsstatthalter) 를 역임하였다.
