미니맥스 원리

미니 맥스 원리(mini max 原理)는 노이만과 몰겐슈타인에 의하여 발전한 원리이다. 이 견해의 특징은 경영자가 예측의 착오를 없애는 것보다도 안전성을 추구하는 방향 즉, 실제 성과가 예상보다 낮아지지 않는 방향을 강조하는 점이 있다. 따라서, 실적이 예상을 상회하는 것과 같은 예상의 착오는 문제되지 않고 기대에 대한 차질의 위험이 작은 것이 바람직하다.
