두꺼비고기과(Batrachoididae)는 조기어류 과의 하나로 두꺼비고기목(Batrachoidiformes)의 단일 과이다. 이 물고기의 이름은 두꺼비를 닮아서 붙여진 이름이며, 학명의 "바트라코스"(batrakhos)는 개구리를 의미하는 그리스어에서 유래했다.
