더럼 대학교(영어: Durham University)는 영국 잉글랜드 더럼에 위치한 공립 종합대학이다.
캠퍼스는 2곳이 있는데 대부분의 학과 및 연구소들이 위치한 더럼 시티 캠퍼스에 유네스코 세계문화유산 더럼 성과 더럼대성당을 포함하고 있다. 또한 스톡턴에 퀸즈 캠퍼스가 있으며 현재는 학과들은 위치하지 않고 있고 국제학술센터 등의 목적으로 사용되고 있다.
