김영복(金榮福, 1956년 2월 2일~)은 대한민국의 세종대학교 교수이다.
서울대학교 공과대학 전기공학과 학사(1978.2), KAIST(한국과학기술원)전기 및 전자과 석사(1981.2), Illinois Institute of Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering Ph.D.(1990.5)에서 전기공학, 전자공학, 컴퓨터공학 등을 공부하고, 현대건설 전산실에서 Application S/W개발, 종합기획실에서 현대전자(현 SK하이닉스) 설립기획 작업을 하였다. 현대전자에서는 Hyundai Electronics America, 산업전자연구소, 멀티미디어 연구소, 미디어연구소에서 수석연구원, 연구소장(이사)으로서 IT분야의 다양한 R&D Project를 수행하였다. 세종대에서는 벤처창업센터 센터장 및 컴퓨터공학과 학과장 역임, 컴퓨터공학과에서 Computer Network, Web Programming등을 강의하고 있다. Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) 한국동문회 회장(2012~2013년)을 역임하였다.
